Stained Glass Obsession
Yes, I still love my signature medium of watercolor, but I have really truly been over the moon for my new obsession! I am completely consumed by stained glass lately. I have been making mobile sculpture, plant stakes, earrings, planters, tea lights, sun catchers and I even started my first custom window design! It's been a wild ride and I am so excited to expand on my new obsession and start taking custom orders for stained glass. If you want to see some of my new stuff, check out Localtopia 2020 on Feb. 22nd in downtown St. Pete! It should be pretty awesome!
New Name, Logo, Website & Packaging!
I have always enjoyed making paper and metal earrings and I will continue to make them and create new designs, but recently I rebranded my company to encompass more forms of art instead of focusing on the PaperCuts, which was the name I gave my company because of the emphasis on my paper earrings. I changed my name to ArtBGates and therefore went through a bit of rebranding for my logo and packaging. Here are some shots of that process!

This year, for my birthday, my husband signed us up for a 4 day class on how to do stained glass! I couldn't be more excited to learn this new skill and potentially make items for sale in the new future! St. Pete has some amazing, affordable art classes at the local Rec Centers! Check them out!
